XWOD Programming Comes In 3 Levels:
The program that is right for you, depends on your goals.
If you are looking for a plug-in to your current training regimen, something that will boost your current program and boost your overall performance, then FITNESS is your program. This program will provide you with General Physical Preparedness (GPP) style XWOD workouts. If you are a CrossFitter, Weightlifter, Powerlifter, Bodybuilder, or you are simply looking for a program that will boost your training and help you to better tackle the demands of everyday life, the FITNESS level program is your best friend!
If you play traditional sports such as; (and NOT limited to) Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer/Futebol, Softball, Volleyball, Tennis, Golf, Rugby, Hockey, Swimming, Cross Country, Track and Field, Cycling, Lacrosse, etc. Then SPORT is your program. This program is catered to the athlete who practices in their specific sport frequently. The program is very similar to the FITNESS level program, with 100% percentage based workouts, in order to keep volume low and progress high. The last thing we want is for an athlete to get hurt and not be able to play their sport or compete in their game/tournament because they went too heavy in a lift, etc. This program was also structured with youth athletes in mind. We recommend athletes 10 years old and older use this program. Younger athletes can sign up for PERSONAL PROGRAMMING with one of our professional XWOD programming experts in the Coaches Corner contact us if this option interests you.
This program is reserved for athletes who are competing in CrossFit or the GRID League in either an amateur or professional setting. Other athletes including (and NOT limited to) Powerlifters, Weightlifters, etc. who also compete in a amateur or professional setting are also welcome to the COMPETE program. With everything considered, if you still do not fit into one of those categories and you are serious about your training and want the full package, you are more than welcome to take on the COMPETE program. Keeping in mind that if you start to digress or see a diminishing return in your training while on this program, it would behoove you to contact Coach Moody or one of the XWOD Coaches/Ambassadors and allow them to help troubleshoot the issues. It should go without saying that; this rule also applies to all programs. If you plan on contacting us with troubleshooting needs, we will need you to provide us with precise training documentation so that we can help you out.
We offer individual and small group programming to any and all. The goal with this program is to help the individual or small group become as self-reliant as possible in their training. With the added benefit of having the coach of your choice as needed. PERSONAL PROGRAMMING is a very specific goal oriented format of the XWOD, catered to the individual's very specific goals and needs. There are not specific requirements in order to be considered for PERSONAL PROGRAMMING, and it's important to note that this program is more expensive, and is based month to month like our 3 primary programs.
